If you speak with a Real Estate Agent, ask to see their plan to market your home. You will be amazed!   • Create a customized marketing plan that targets most likely buyers.
    Tour the property from the Buyer's standpoint.
    Conduct a complete "Staging Analysis" of the property.
    Provide written "Staging Instructions" to help the property sell at a higher price. Review interior of the property to maximize attractiveness.
    Assist the seller in storing large pieces of furniture.
    Review exterior of the property to maximize "Curb appeal".
    Assist the seller in making exterior as attractive as possible.
    Take photographs of the property for use in marketing materials.
    Develop an attractive description of the property for marketing.
    Review the benefits of the real estate sign.
    Place appropriate riders on the sign.
